概述:
在工業企業的供電系統中,有大量的非線性負荷存在如晶閘管整流器,變頻器等,會產生大量的諧波電流注入電網,引起電流和電壓的波形畸變,這些設備是供電系統內的諧波源,如讓這些諧波電流無約束的在線路中流動必將影響周圍用電設備的安全使用和用電質量。

JSF 系列調諧濾波器與 TSF 的區別在于控制方式的不同,它可以固定投切,也可以與要補償的設備同時投切。受控操作,接觸器投切,由于它的特殊設計,可以完全避免諧波電壓,諧波電流的遞增放大。每臺柜的諧振頻率按用戶要求設計,調試,通常是 5 次( 250 HZ ), 7 次( 350 HZ )。它在基波頻率下呈容性,即產生無功功率可以進行功率因數的補償,在諧波頻率下起調諧濾波作用,從電網中消除低次諧波的部分含量(約 50% )

JSF-Series Tuning Filters
INTRODUCTION:
In the power supply system of the industry and enterprise, there are a large amount of non-linear loads, such as thyristor rectifier and frequency converter, that can produce much harmonic current injecting to the power grids and lead the current and voltage to deform. These devices are the harmonic source in the supply system. If these harmonic current flows into the grids freely, it will badly impact on the safety and quality of the electricity in the surrounding electronic equipments.
A tuning filter should be connected near to the main harmonic equipments. Its switch should be synchronous with the harmonic source, which is a good way to eliminate the harmonic disturbing and compensate the reactive power on the spot. The difference between JSF-series tuning filters and TSF is its control pattern. JSF can be controlled at not only the certain time, but the simultaneously compensating time. Due to its specific design, JSF can entirely eliminate the harmonic current and voltage from increasing and amplifying by degrees. The resonating frequency of each designed cupboard and debugged from the customer demands, is usually 5th (250 HZ), 7th (350 HZ). It presents as capacity at the basic frequency, means JSF which is producing the reactive power can compensate the power factor, plays a filtrating and tuning impact on the resonant frequency, and eliminates the parts of the low harmonic power grids (almost 50%).
